Emily Arnold Fleming (she/her) is a BCBA living, working, loving in Richmond, VA.

She is a part of the Behavioral Health Clinic team at The Faison Center. Through diagnostic, academic, and functional assessments, she offers direct support to a variety of autistic adults and children across the spectrum and their caregiving team. She also coaches instructional aides and clinicians in Acceptance and Commitment Training. Her primary objectives are to strengthen relationships between clients, caregivers, and clinical staff and to improve the quality of life for everyone around her.

She also performs, directs, and teaches improvisational comedy through ComedySportz at CSz Richmond Theater and through Improv | On and Off the Stage. There, she supports her teams and students using behavior-based strategies so they embody their chosen values on and off the stage.

Emily's most-prioritized values include creativity, dissemination, kindness, and being a loyal and supportive friend / mother / partner / daughter / sister.
